These General Terms of Use, including the Privacy Policy, Copyright Notice, Trademark Statement, Application for Permissions to Play, and the General Terms of Service (below), together hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”, constitute a legal agreement between you and Satellite-tbm d.o.o. (hereinafter referred to as STL) and specify the terms and conditions that website users must abide by.). It does not apply to affiliated sites, products or services. The site is operated in whole or in part by the STL from the Republic of Croatia and its subsidiaries and affiliates. By accessing or using the sites, services or mobile version of any website, you signify that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by these Terms and any applicable law whether you are a registered user or not. STL may change these Terms at any time without notice, and shall take effect upon posting on this site. You agree to periodically review these Terms to be aware of any changes. Payment methods

Methods of payment on the zippo.com.hr web shop

You can choose the method of payment in the web store by entering the order overview, ie the shopping cart with the selected products. After selecting the products from our catalog, by entering the quantity and clicking “Buy”, an overview of the order appears in the upper right corner, ie a basket with the selected products. By clicking on “Order overview”, ie by entering the cart with the selected products, you have the option of choosing the payment method from the following offered options:

  2. Card payment

1. Payment by internet banking, general payment slip or bank transfer:

After receiving your order, we will send you a pro forma invoice with payment instructions to your e-mail address. You can make a payment by proforma invoice by online banking or bank transfer (general payment slip) in any branch of the bank, Fina, post office…

After visible payment or submitted proof of payment, we deliver the purchased products to the desired delivery address. 

2. Payment by credit or debit cards in the web store

You can pay for the ordered items with one of the cards:

After choosing the method of payment by a certain credit card and entering the installment number (if you decide to pay in installments) in the order overview and entering your personal data, and after clicking on the “pay” button, you access the secure website of the online payment service provider ( WSpay ). On the protected page, you enter the card information required to authorize the transaction, after which you will receive an e-mail confirmation of the order and authorization of your card for the specified amount. The seller reserves the right to unilaterally terminate the contract (cancel the delivery of ordered items) if it determines that it is in his business interest and in that case undertakes to immediately, without delay, refund the buyer the full amount of the transaction.

WSPay usage statement

https://satelit-tbm.com (point of sale) uses WSPay for online credit card payments.

WSPay is a secure system for online payment, real-time payment, credit and debit cards and other payment methods. WSPay provides the customer and merchant with secure registration and transfer of entered card data, which is confirmed by the PCI DSS certificate that WSPay has. WSPay uses 256-bit encryption SSL certification and TLS 1.2 cryptographic protocol as the highest levels of protection when writing and transferring data.

Currency conversion when paying by cards

All card payments will be made in euros. If you have chosen other currencies, the amount for which your card will be charged is converted from euro into the chosen currency according to the exchange rate of the Croatian National Bank. When paying, the stated amount is converted into local currency according to the exchange rate of your bank or card company. As a result of these conversions, there may be minor discrepancies between the amount charged and the amount shown in our online store.

Credit card payment security

When paying with credit cards in the web store www.airsoftshop.hr, the Customer enters the credit card number and other data directly in the form of the online payment service provider, which is connected to our web store via a secure SSL connection. Customer credit card information is not stored in the Satelit-tbm d.o.o. web store system and is in no way exposed to retrieval or unauthorized use by third parties, including Satelit-tbm d.o.o.

WSpay applies the most modern standards in data protection – Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol with 128-bit data encryption and MD5 algorithm. ISO 8583 protocol ensures that data exchange between WSPAY and the authorization centers of credit card companies is done in a private network that is protected from unauthorized access by double-layer ” firewall ” ( firewall ).






Satelit-tbm doo does not accept payments through virtual banks that charge their services-commission by making a payment to its transaction account, reducing the value of the goods offered. (e.g. Revolut, etc.).
If the buyer makes a payment through the virtual bank Satelit-tbm d.o.o. will immediately return the money received to the payer to the transaction account from which he received it in the amount in which he received it, all at the expense of the payer-buyer who ordered the goods and paid through the virtual bank. All refund risk is borne by the customer, and proof of refund Satelit-tbm will provide the customer at his request. Delivery will not be made because satelit-tbm doo did not receive the full price of the ordered goods.


Your shipment is sent with the HP package 24 service. After visible payment, the package is packed the same working day and picked up by HP around 4:00 p.m. After receiving by HP, you will receive a shipment number and a link to track the shipment to your e-mail address.  Shipments are insured by the carrier’s insurance policy.

  • All shipments are HP registered, STL payroll costs and all shipments are covered by the HP ePackage insurance policy at the real value in accordance with the STL delivery invoice we send with the products purchased. The STL invoice is equal to the amount of your payment received, and your details are written in the invoice and the shipping document. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of items sold in one delivery.
  • For deliveries outside the Republic of Croatia the authorized carrier is FedEx. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of items sold. All shipments are registered, shipping costs are paid by STL in accordance with the customer’s location. Shipping costs are charged separately and are not included in the price on the STL Web Store. All shipping costs outside the Republic of Croatia shall be borne by you. STl will secure the shipment with the carrier’s insurance policy at their true value in accordance with your shipping invoice that we send with the products purchased. How long you are in the European Union varies from country to country. If you are outside the EU in accordance with local regulations you can be responsible for the import procedure to your country. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of items sold in one delivery
  • If you notice that the shipment is visibly damaged, you are not obliged to provide it, but you are obliged to inform us of the reasons for the refusal. STL will determine the reasons for your complaint with the carrier as soon as possible.
  • All purchases from anywhere are made under a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and ownership of such things passes to you after we have handed them over to the carrier and you will be compensated and receive compensation by the carrier within 15 days of receiving a non-delivery claim.
